Step 1) Download an app called IP Webcam from the Google Play Store (it’s free)
Step 2) Open the app on your smartphone or tablet
Step 3) When you first open IP Webcam, you’ll see a bunch of different options and settings. By default, these settings will work just fine, but you may want to configure them to meet your unique needs (if you’re filming in low light environments, for example, you might want to enhance night vision mode). Step 7) Under the Video Renderer section, click ‘Browser’ and then click ‘HTML5Wav’ from the audio player section.
Step 8) If you’ve done everything correctly, you’ll now be viewing the feed from your Android webcam directly in your computer’s browser.
