Again, take note that this is just a fake message the cyber criminals are trying to impose for some motives, and remember your computer might actually  not infected, not viruses have been detected, and the site you are visiting has no idea what is happening on your computer. This ad is mainly a scam  trying  and scaring you into calling the number listed on the pop up screen.  On the other hand, at this same time, for those who have never seen this message, it can be quite alarming because these scams make it difficult to close browser tabs or the browser itself that  may convince the victims that their computers are infected.
Fortunately, almost all browser based tech support scams can be easily closed by simply going and opening the Windows Task Manager and ending the browser process. It is essential, though, that if you end the browser process that you do not reopen previously closed sites if prompted by the browser when you start it again.
