It doesn’t make any sense in spending money on professional break-fix consulting when you can try out some of the steps yourself which will let you learn and fix the issues by following some of the simple directions listed below:

  1. Sit down and be patient especially dealing with old systems which are slow as they have grown old. Sometimes these computer systems could really get bogged down and also appear to hang, should you ask them to perform too much.
  2. Restart the pc. Sometimes problems with a computer could be caused by a little hiccup that can be easily fixed by erasing your computer (laptop or desktop)’s memory and starting over. In other words, it is simple procedure where all of you need to do is press the button and reboot your computer.
  3. Run the actual Check-Disk built-in windows tool. By using this utility you can fix your own computer that might be having a lot of simple errors. Many errors can be repaired just by running a check on your own computer’s NTFS or FAT file system.
  4. Make sure all the computer cables are plugged in properly as they could also cause disruption in smooth computing. Check the Wi-Fi routers to make sure there internet speed is not compromised from the ISP side.
  5. Use popular and efficient internet security software which can protect your computer from Trojans, viruses, malware, spyware etc.
  6. You should also try to perform system restore. This utility is used often by the windows itself before and after the installation of any application or driver.
